Ch 11 Review

Can anyone help me with these problems?( 14c,d,e)

When I did c ( six roots of root 3 + i), I ended up with r = 2^(1/6) & 6T= pi/6 + 2pi i

I missed the example during class for finding what -3 + 2i is a cube root of..

For e,  is root 2 ^(3) the same as 6 root 2?

14c) r^6=2 so r=2^(1/6) and...
6T=30+360n so T=5+60n

14d) you just do (-3 + 2i)(-3 + 2i)(-3 + 2i)

14e) r^3=root2 so r=2^(1/6)
3T = 45 + 360n so T=15+120n

...hope that helps?
